DATASuccess, Inc. was established by Kevin Thompson on June 1, 1998, in Big Lake, Minnesota. It all started with a call from my chiropractor who said, “If you’re serious about starting a computer service business, then come here and get my computer working again.” Just an hour later, I had my first satisfied customer, marking the start of my business journey. Since then, we’ve reached several significant milestones, including our move from a home office to the Johnson Bruns Accounting building in 2007, opening a location in Willmar, MN in 2012, and relocating our Big Lake office to a larger office in 2017. Today, our team consists of six full-time employees, including myself, and we are always exploring new ways to help our customers make the most of their computers.

DATASuccess is an on-site computer service and repair company. We specialize in PC troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, sales, upgrades, virus protection, virus prevention, virus removal, and online back-up solutions for both commercial and residential customers.

Our Technical Analysts look forward to helping customers with any computer needs, whether it’s installing new computer equipment or solving current computer issues, while ensuring our customer’s satisfaction.
